Presentable is Naomi and Ed. We're both local, we've both spent years around property here, and we work directly with you, your agent or your managing agent. No big crew, no hand-offs, no strangers letting themselves in.

Ten years working in property, most recently helping landlords and investors run their portfolios at GetGround. She understands what buyers and tenants in this market actually notice, which jobs move a price and which ones don't, and what it takes to get a property sold or re-let.

Has renovated more than ten properties independently, so he knows what's worth spending money on and what isn't. He can turn his hand to most trades, and where he can't, he has a network of trusted suppliers he's worked with for years. A safe pair of hands — someone who's done it before, for himself.
What we won't do
If your kitchen is fine, we'll say so. If a wall needs a plasterer or a boiler needs an engineer, we'll tell you before you spend anything with us. Our job is to get the property presentable, not to sell you a renovation.
