    Usually the same day. One number, in writing, with the jobs listed. No hourly rates, no day-rate creep.

    We take the keys

    From you or your agent. You don't need to be there, and you don't need to co-ordinate anyone.

    One team, less than 2 weeks

    Painting, small repairs, carpets, garden tidy, deep clean, in the right order so nothing gets undone.

  5. 05

    Ready to photograph

    We send you photos when it's done and hand the keys back. Your agent can book the shoot the same day.

We don't do renovations, extensions or new kitchens. Start a quote and we'll tell you straight away if a job isn't for us.

Payment is sequenced to suit you: on completion, 50/50, or — if you're selling — 50% now and 50% when the sale completes within 3 months.
