The difference

You could do this four other ways.

We'd rather show you the honest comparison than pretend there's only one option. Three of these are genuinely sensible in the right situation.

Ranges are for south west London properties from a studio to a four-bed house. Cash-buyer discounts are typical market figures, not an offer.

01

One team, not five trades

A decorator, a handyman, a carpet cleaner, a gardener and a cleaning company is five conversations, five invoices and four dead weeks between them. We turn up as one crew and work in the right order so nothing gets undone.

02

One fixed price, agreed before we start

Not a day rate, not an estimate that grows. One number in writing with the jobs listed. If the prep takes longer than we thought, that's our problem, not your invoice.

03

A deliberately narrow job

No renovations, no extensions, no kitchens. Doing one thing means we've done it hundreds of times, we know how long it takes, and we can price it accurately in a day.

04

Two people you'll actually deal with

Naomi and Ed. Not a call centre, not a rotating cast of subcontractors handed your keys. You get the same two names from quote to completion.

05

We'll talk you out of spending money

Half of what people plan before a sale doesn't pay for itself. We say so. A short honest quote is worth more to us than a big one you regret.

06

Ready to photograph, not just finished

The clean happens last, the photographs go to you the same day, and your agent can book the shoot immediately. Finishing isn't the goal — being on the market is.

Where we're not the answer

  • You need the money in three weeks and price is secondary — a quick-sale company is genuinely faster.
  • The property needs structural work, damp-proofing or a new roof — that's a builder, not us.
  • You want a new kitchen or bathroom. We'll happily tell you whether it's worth it, but we won't fit it.
