Get your house ready to sell.
Most homes don't need a renovation before they go on the market. They need the walls to read fresh, the small faults to disappear, the floors to look cared for and the outside space to look like someone has been looking after it. That is the whole job, and it is the only job we do.

Common questions
- Will this actually change what the property sells for?
- We don't promise a number, and nobody honestly can. What we can say is what agents tell us: a property that photographs well gets more viewings in its first two weeks, and first two weeks is when most of the interest happens.
- Do I need to be there?
- No. We take keys from you or your agent, work through the list and hand them back with photos.
- Can you work around a tenant or around us living there?
- Empty is faster and cheaper, but occupied is fine. Tell us at quote stage and we'll plan around the rooms you need.
